Hi! I’m Suzanne

A good friend once described me as the Ultimate Expat. After we laughed, we decided that it was absolutely true. I feel like I’ve lived everywhere. I have not, but after 30 years abroad, 6 countries, 20 or more addresses and a language or 2 under my belt, I have met so many amazing people and have friends from all over the world. I think it’s safe to say that I know what I’m doing when it comes to moving around. Did I mention that I have 3 kids?! Three beautiful girls who all live in different countries The Netherlands, U.S.A. And France

I am currently in France, living in Aix-en-Provence. I had moved back to the U.S. last year and was enjoying life in sunny Sarasota, Florida, but corona virus brought me back to Europe to be with my youngest daughter. She is only 16 and it was best that we were together during this trying time. It has been an upheaval but like most of my adult life, I’ve been on the go, so moving here was very easy. I am excited to be with my daughter and at the same time, I get to wander the streets of Aix during the most quiet of times. It is a pleasure to discover all of the many streets that maze their way through the city. What an extraordinary time to be anywhere and not be surrounded by tourists. A local life with no outer influence. Everyone getting by and trying to stay healthy.
